Check-in from 3:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM. Flexible times on request.
How to book
50% deposit; the balance 15 days before arrival, along with a $5,000 MXN security deposit (whole house).
Cancellation
Full refund up to 15 days before arrival; after that, the penalty is 50%.
Guests
Up to 16 included; from 17 to 20, $300 MXN per extra guest per night.
Parking
There is no private parking; there are safe street spots and paid parking lots a few steps away.
Changing dates
No problem, subject to availability.
Meals and music
Group meals and gatherings are welcome, but no parties. Music until midnight with the whole house; until 10:00 PM when renting by room.
Pets and smoking
Pets are not allowed for now. The house is smoke-free, with designated outdoor areas.
