Casa Naran is a smoke-free property. However, we offer designated outdoor areas where smoking is permitted.

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at this time ā thank you for understanding.
Do you offer cleaning or laundry service?
Daily cleaning is not included, but rooms are delivered clean and fresh. You can add daily cleaning during booking as an extra service for only $250 MXN per day.
Can I store my luggage after check-out?
Yes, we're happy to store your bags for a few hours if you have a late flight or want to explore more.
